Y11 English PREP: T4 Week 3

Hey, this is the PREP,

  1. Two articles in obs book, pertaining to ‘Identity and Belonging’.
  2. 1 item from the task matrix assignment, which is here ->witness task matrix
  3. Access http://www.vcestudyguides.com/guides/context/identity-and-belonging to get some ideas on possible prompts and responses.
  4. Find and bring in one example of a creative or persuasive response to ‘identity and belonging’ on Tuesday

Howdy do? Here’s the PREP.

  1. Do some research on the film Witness to find out some stuff about the film before we watch it.
  2. Complete four entries in your obs book based articles/news you find that relates to ‘belonging’. You should discuss how this relates to or says something about belonging in a couple of paragraphs.
  3. Find an example of one of the various options for a context response and bring it to class on Tuesday 15th

PREP

  • Make an entry in the Obs book.
  • Set up a wallwisher or titanpad on an assigned character and email me the link
  • Add to the Montana 1948 form on this blog
  • Read pp. 80-130 (bare minimum)
  • Take detailed notes on specific incidents in the text. Record page numbers and quotes where possible.
